Fee Philosophy

We will always present to you what we believe to be the very best medical approach to maintaining your pet's good health. However, we are well aware that not everyone wants, nor can afford this level of care. Since we have no desire to extend anyone beyond their means or intentions, we want you to feel free to ask us about the costs of services recommended, and to decline such services should they not be what you truly want.

Because we are committed to caring for your pets as if they were our own, we feel it our obligation to provide the most progressive medical, surgical and dental care. The fee structure for such services is based upon the financial requirements for maintaining a highly qualified caring professional staff, the most up to date diagnostic, dental and surgical equipment, the very safest approach to veterinary anesthesia and monitoring, and a very complete inventory of veterinary pharmaceuticals, supplements and supplies. Out of necessity, fees must be structured to support this quality of service.

The hospital does not bill and payment is requested as services are rendered. For your convenience, Visa, Mastercard, and the Discover card are all accepted. Checks with proper identification are accepted on all but the first visit.   We also accept Care Credit for services but not products.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet or  unexpected expenses occur Woodside understands that this can produce financial hardship and therefore Woodside offers to accept care credit under such circumstances. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at:  www.CareCredit.com.
